Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, you will be accepting these terms and conditions.

Payment for excursions will be made in full at the time of booking. Guests are advised to consider taking out insurance to cover the eventuality of needing to cancel a booked excursion. All payments for bookings are non-refundable unless the booking has to be cancelled by us. In this instance, a full refund will be given.

In this event, where possible, we will offer an alternative. The alternative would be chargeable at the usual prices.

Where possible your chauffeur will assist in making requested additional stops during your Excursion. However, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred locally, such as car parking, etc.

All chauffeurs used by Chauffeured Excursions UK Ltd hold their own insurance and licence. Chauffeured Excursions UK Ltd is therefore not directly responsible for this insurance or licence.

All venues used for our excursions hold their own public liability insurance and Chauffeured Excursions UK Ltd does not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to guests during the excursions.

All tours included in excursions are provided by the venues directly rather than by Chauffeured Excursions UK Ltd.

Guests must show their proof of purchase/booking to the chauffeur.

Guests will be given a pick-up time and place for departure for the excursion. It is their responsibility to be there on time. No refunds will be given for guests who are not there at this designated time and place. The chauffeur will wait for a maximum of half an hour and guests must be aware that leaving later than the arranged time might mean that they are unable to enjoy pre-arranged tours, meals or activities during the excursion. Again, no refund will be given for this. Unfortunately, no refunds are given for cancellations, including by guests, due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic or bad weather.

All chauffeurs will make every effort to stick to the planned itinerary. However, they do reserve the right to alter this if necessary during the excursion, to take into account traffic conditions, accidents, roadworks, weather conditions, etc. This is for practicality as well as for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Guests are expected to be polite and well-behaved and are responsible for their own behaviour. Our guests indemnify us against any liability for damage they cause. Unreasonable behaviour will result in the excursion being terminated, and no refund will be given.  

In the unlikely event of our guests having a complaint, they must notify their chauffeur immediately, who will make every attempt to resolve it. If the guest is not satisfied with this, they should contact us within 14 days of the excursion, and we will aim to respond within 24 hours.
